Another upwards extension gets the planning go-ahead, this time on top of Waitrose (which is to say the 1950s Woolworths) overlooking the clock tower. Not that Waitrose own the building. 3 flats, campanologists preferred.
As posted previously (Crouch End Going Up), roof top developments across Crouch End are a growing feature. The ex-Evans cycles (Zachary Lodge) on Crouch End Hill is now complete and Hillside next to Christ Church has permission. Broadway Court (Crouch End Hill), and Floral Hall are awaiting decision.
